$15 for hallway
We only work for housing providers. We understand the relationship between quality, price, type of unit, and neighborhood. If we can't get it clean and presentable for your next tenant, then you don't pay. As always, feel free to pay after you rent the unit. We want you to have revenue in before expense out.
