One of the biggest areas of loss in real estate investing is cycling through terrible tenants. At Blue Dot LLC we aim to change that with our new Tenant Finder Service.
Blue Dot obtains the following for each tenant file.
- A Complete Application
- Copies of photo ID
- Disclosure agreement / Release form
- Copies of paystubs/verification of income
- 4 complete reference forms
- Landlord verification form
- A full legal history for each prospect
- A full criminal history for each prospect
- We cross check each prospect against our collection accounts
